Valkeakoski
I was in Sam’s gigs in Valkeakoski (my hometown) and also in Helsinki.
In Valkeakoski the gig was Amazing. The athmosphere was so warm and nice. Our town Hotel Waltikka has so tiny stage that I tought it was kind of hard to use. There was about 600 people to listen Sam. I had one old Samantha Fox Greatest Hits with me and I hoped that I would get a signature and Sam did show me during the gig that I could have it later =)
And I got it, and also after almost 2 hours waiting I did get to meet Sam and Myra and the Girls.
I get so warm welcome first from Myra and then Sam that I almost got into tears.
There was also Mari&Henrik which I got to know better in Helsinki gig and Paula&Jani was both side of Sam, they had a fanmeeting. It was the most memorable meet that I have ever had. Hah, I had never before even be anyone outlandish artists gig. In that time I was not member of fanclub but I joined earlier before Helsinki gig. But as we know it didnt go so well =D. My boyfriend Kalle had received a letter when we came back from our trip. He had joined the club and it was schock for him cause he didnt understand why I wanted to meet Sam in a firstplace. We had a good laugh when I showed all our friends HIS membershipcard=) Finailly now I have my own card and he is joking with me about which one of us will be the card owner. After Helsinki gig he was proud to have met Sam and Myra=)
Helsinki
Helsinki gig in Apollo Live Club was different. Think because there were 3 gigs in 3 days straight. First in Helsinki, Oulu and Vaasa and there was no much time in the backstage cause everyone had to go sleep and getting ready for the next day. Gig was also amazing and we had warm welcome from backstage, had class of sparkling and got chance to give our presents and had fun. There was Reigo from Tallinn and Auli from Sweden?, me and my man from Valkeakoski and Mari&Henrik from Lappeenranta.
I designed and one finnish company made 4 black hats with fuxia text ‘Angel With An Attitude’. I didnt know the real meaning for that text until I send (before the gig), picture for Debby and asked for her opinion about my presents and she said that it would be a great gift, because of the meaning. Thank God I did something right.
I cannot even describe how much it ment to me to meet those Lovely Ladies. They are so kind, warm and joyfull Ladies that I got smile even now when I think about them.
I’m happy that I have met them cause they make me smile and next time if I have a chance to meet Sam&Myra I probably smile the whole next year.
